Doug Wright was born and raised in Fort Worth, Texas and graduated from Paschal High School.
He attended The University of Texas at Austin where he received a B.B.A. in Marketing. While living in Miami, Florida, he earned an M.B.A. from Barry University and is a member of Delta Mu Delta National Honor Society.
Doug is a member of the National Association of REALTORS®, Texas Association of REALTORS®, and Metrotex Board of REALTORS®.
He has been an award winning, custom home builder for over ten years. Before building, he was a partner in a chemical service company treating residential swimming pools and prior to that he worked in the specialized field of soil stabilization.
Doug has a strong penchant for the creative arts. Early on this interest manifest through drawing and painting. His love of music developed into playing in bands and songwriting. One of his biggest accomplishments was finishing his first novel and he is currently working on his first screenplay.
